Safe Place for Youth - Venice California
Director of Empowerment Programs - July 2021 - January 2023
Directed and continued development of Healing Arts Program, Education & Employment Program, Garden Program and Youth Empowerment program. Created and oversaw all program budgets, contracts and other administrative responsibilities ensuring compliance with funders. Provided supervision and training to direct supervises, as well as to the entire team.

Senior Access Center Manager - February 2020 - July 2021
Supervised and managed the growth of SPY's Access Center programming and partnerships. Developed and implemented Arts and Empowerment programming, maintaining a diversity, equity and inclusion focus. Supervised programming including the Wellness Center, Outreach and Engagement Program and Healing Arts Program to ensure alignment with the changing population and keeping aligned with SPY's mission. Guided and directed staff to ensure performance goals were met, while always keeping SPY's target population in mind.

Healing Arts Program Manager - February 2018 - February 2020
Secured funding and established SPY's Healing Arts Program and Social Enterprise Program. Managed and developed all arts programming, staff and volunteers. Administered new data tracking methods, and implemented survey systems and analysis. Oversaw program contracts and managed program budget.

Arts and Healing Coordinator - April 2017 - February 2018
Coordinated Arts and Healing based programming and volunteers. Also provided connection and support to youth members through creative opportunities and exploration. Sessions included open studio, painting, drawing, meditation, yoga, clay, drumming, jewelry and more.

Delivered administrative support to Executive Director and Development Director including scheduling, finance reconciliation and tracking, and donor relations. Led arts based activities with clients, including visual arts and meditation sessions.

Created and implemented all visual content including graphics, signs, marketing materials and packaging. Also created all product mock-ups and designs using Adobe suite programs.
